FUNCTION
In slaughtering the Cattle, the animal is first taken into the lay down cabin
and then into the circular slaughtering cell. After the fixing process is
completed at the slaughtering cell, and taken out of the lay down cabin,
slaughtering process is to be completed. After the slaughtering process is
completed, the bodies are taken to the bleeding line with the help of bleeding
hook fastened to the hoist chain.
Calibrated special chain is to be used at the bleeding hooks. Fastening the back
feet of the cattle to that chain is achieved by the safe hook hanging from its
ends. The hobble is tied down to the chain of the lifting winch or rope through
the carrying pawl.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The trunk is to be manufactured of steel casting, made of C1040 production steel
to enable maintaining balance on the pipe. Bearings used in the hook are closed
on both ends, fixed on the pulley cap with a steel shaft.
At the bottom part of the trunk, there is one (1) calibrated chain 1,500mm long
and 8x28 mm thick used in tying the feet of the animals and laying them on the
rail. At the end of the chain, there is a safe hook to fix the foot with a
stretcher.
