Cattle Bleeding Hook (Hobble)

FUNCTION

In slaughtering the Cattle, the animal is first taken into the lay down cabin and then into the circular slaughtering cell. After the fixing process is completed at the slaughtering cell, and taken out of the lay down cabin, slaughtering process is to be completed. After the slaughtering process is completed, the bodies are taken to the bleeding line with the help of bleeding hook fastened to the hoist chain.

Calibrated special chain is to be used at the bleeding hooks. Fastening the back feet of the cattle to that chain is achieved by the safe hook hanging from its ends. The hobble is tied down to the chain of the lifting winch or rope through the carrying pawl.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The trunk is to be manufactured of steel casting, made of C1040 production steel to enable maintaining balance on the pipe. Bearings used in the hook are closed on both ends, fixed on the pulley cap with a steel shaft.

At the bottom part of the trunk, there is one (1) calibrated chain 1,500mm long and 8x28 mm thick used in tying the feet of the animals and laying them on the rail. At the end of the chain, there is a safe hook to fix the foot with a stretcher.
